Spiritual Training Learning Lab
What:
The Spiritual Training Learning Labs are training sessions where disciples of Jesus are empowered through instruction and practices that inspire personal growth and spiritual development. The 7 week sessions lead to growth, healing and inspiration.
Why:
Despite the many rewards for serving God and his people, vocational ministry is one of the most challenging chosen professions. The ministerial attrition rate has been an ongoing challenge over the years and has risen dramatically in the last 5 years. Statistical analysis by Christianity Today and the ICOC ministers service committee has revealed an alarming rise in discontent among ministry leaders.
How:
For 7 weeks, participants will meet once a week for a 2-hour session on Zoom or live for instruction, training, and encouragement in practices designed to spark inspiration and spiritual renewal. Students will learn to practice soul care and continual renewal. Participants must attend all 7 sessions and complete the assignments.

$185 per person or $300 per couple
